User Agreement

The Beast AI User Agreement (this "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User", referring to any individual or organization that registers for, logs in to, uses, or browses the Beast AI application and software services) and REEMO INNOVATION LIMITED and its affiliates (collectively, "Mowrator") regarding your use of the Beast AI application and software services (collectively, "Beast AI" or the "App"). This Agreement governs solely the relationship between the User and the developer. Application marketplaces (including, without limitation, Google Play and Apple App Store) are not parties to this Agreement and assume no responsibility for the products or after-sales services.

You may review the latest version of this Agreement at any time on our official website or on the download page within the applicable application marketplace. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement, and any revised terms shall become effective immediately upon publication through these channels. If you do not agree to any revision to this Agreement, you must immediately cease using Beast AI. By continuing to use Beast AI, you shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of the revised Agreement.

Mowrator Notice: Please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, particularly those regarding disclaimers, limitations of liability, jurisdiction and governing law, and other matters that may materially affect your rights and interests. These key terms are highlighted in bold or underlined to draw your attention.

1. Effectiveness of the Agreement

1.1 By clicking "Agree" during the account registration process and completing registration of your Beast AI account, or by accessing or using Beast AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by its terms.

1.2 Mowrator may unilaterally amend this Agreement and its associated service rules at any time by publishing the revised content on the applicable page, without separately notifying you individually. The revised terms will automatically supersede the original terms of this Agreement and take effect on the date of publication. You may review the latest version of this Agreement at any time on the Mowrator official website. By continuing to use Beast AI products or services after the revisions are published, you shall be deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revisions, you must immediately cease using Beast AI.

1.3 You warrant that, upon enabling Beast AI, you are at least 18 years of age and possess full civil capacity as required by the laws of your place of residence. If you are under 18 years of age or lack full civil capacity under the laws of your place of residence, you must obtain prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian (the "Guardian") before accessing Beast AI. If you fail to obtain such consent, you shall bear all adverse consequences arising from your subsequent registration and use of Beast AI. Mowrator assumes no liability in this regard and, upon becoming aware of such circumstances, reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and any other service agreements between you and Mowrator.

2. User Account and Password

2.1 You may browse the Mowrator website without registering an account. However, to enable Beast AI, you must complete the Beast AI account registration process. An account consists of a username and a login password. You may log in using your chosen username or email address combined with your password. To maintain account security, Mowrator employs different identity verification mechanisms based on your login device and typical usage patterns. For example, when you log in to your account on an unrecognized device for the first time, identity verification will be performed through a password combined with a verification code sent to your email address.

2.2 You acknowledge and undertake that you are solely liable for the accuracy, legality, and validity of your registration information. You are strictly prohibited from impersonating others, publishing information under a false identity, or maliciously registering accounts that cause confusion or misidentification by Mowrator or other users. If you violate the foregoing provisions, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the relevant services, and you shall bear all resulting legal consequences.

2.3 Mowrator reminds you to properly safeguard your account and login password and to log out securely after each session. You shall bear sole responsibility for any losses arising from your failure to properly safeguard your account information, including unauthorized account access or password disclosure.

2.4 If you lose your account information due to your own reasons, you may apply to recover your account by submitting compliant, true, and valid supporting materials in accordance with the Beast AI account recovery rules. If the submitted materials fail to pass Beast AI's security verification, Mowrator reserves the right to reject your account recovery application. Mowrator may also charge a service fee for account recovery services.

2.5 If your account or password is compromised, or if you detect abnormal login activity involving your account, you must report the relevant details to Mowrator through the designated customer service email address and submit proof of account ownership to apply for an account freeze. Once the relevant security risks have been resolved, you may separately apply to unfreeze your account. Mowrator shall bear no liability for any direct or indirect property losses arising from the foregoing circumstances. Mowrator also reserves the right to charge additional fees for account freezing and unfreezing services.

2.6 To prevent inactive accounts from occupying Beast AI platform resources, if you no longer wish to use your Beast AI account and related services, please delete your account within Beast AI. If there is no login activity on your account for six consecutive months, Mowrator reserves the right to delete the account. After the account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in to Beast AI or use the related products and services, and all data associated with the account will be deleted simultaneously.

2.7 You are responsible for providing the mobile phones and other communication devices required to register for and use Beast AI. Additionally, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Any actions performed after successful login using the correct account credentials shall be deemed to have been performed by you, and you shall bear legal responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

2.8 Under no circumstances will Mowrator personnel (including platform operations, maintenance, or customer service personnel) proactively request your account password or other private information.

3. Personal Information Protection

We will protect, collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Beast AI Privacy Policy. Please note that the Beast AI Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement and shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement. You should carefully read and fully understand the terms of Beast AI Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Beast AI Privacy Policy regarding personal information protection, or if this Agreement is silent on specific data processing matters, the Beast AI Privacy Policy shall prevail.

4. Related Products, Services, and Fees

4.1 Beast AI is an application designed for use with paired Mowrator robotic lawn mowers and related hardware products. You must purchase a supported model of the Mowrator robotic lawn mower at your own expense. Due to variations in device models and the specific characteristics of Beast AI, Beast AI only supports certain models of Mowrator robotic lawn mowers. Please refer to the information published within Beast AI for the specific scope of supported models.

During your use of Beast AI and paired devices, Mowrator may provide you with products and services including, but not limited to: the Beast AI mobile application (App); account registration, login, and deletion services; over-the-air (OTA) update services; device management services (including pairing, unpairing, and viewing robotic lawn mowers); remote viewing of device status and operating conditions; remote device locking and unlocking; mowing operation control (including initiating mowing operations and configuring mowing parameters) and viewing of operation records; creation, viewing, and deletion of mowing maps; Bluetooth connectivity and network configuration; online firmware upgrades; message notifications and abnormal condition alerts; file uploading; export of your data; and related technical support services. To enable automated operations for paired devices, the devices may utilize global positioning systems (GPS), real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning, visual recognition, sensor fusion, artificial intelligence algorithms, and other related technologies.

4.2 Mowrator may offer related products and services in the future and may charge fees for them. If you refuse to pay such fees, you will not be able to use the corresponding paid products and services. Mowrator will display information regarding pricing standards, billing methods, purchasing methods, or other pricing policies in a prominent location on the relevant product or service webpages or within the App.

4.3 Mowrator may begin charging for certain features of Beast AI that are currently provided free of charge and may also modify the pricing standards and billing methods for paid services as necessary. If you do not agree to such modifications, changes, or paid features, you may cease using the relevant paid services. Prior to the effective date of any such modifications, changes, or new fees, Mowrator will publish a notice or announcement prominently on the relevant service pages.

4.4 You must purchase the relevant products and services through the Mowrator official website or an authorized distributor. Otherwise, Mowrator assumes no liability for such products, and you may be unable to successfully pair hardware devices with Beast AI or may experience partial or complete unavailability of Beast AI features and services. To safeguard your legitimate rights and interests and ensure the full functionality of Beast AI, you must purchase Mowrator products and services exclusively through these authorized channels.

4.5 Although Beast AI may be accessed globally, some or all of the features and services within the App may be unavailable or unsuitable for use in non-target countries or regions, and Beast AI is not intended for all persons or for use in all countries or regions. You understand and agree that Beast AI is not designed for use outside its target countries or regions. If you choose to access Beast AI from outside the target countries or regions, you do so at your own initiative and shall be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. Mowrator shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your access to or use of Beast AI in non-target countries or regions.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Unless otherwise expressly agreed, Mowrator owns all rights, title, and interests in and to the products and services it manufactures or operates, including all content contained therein (such as webpages, text, images, audio, video, and charts), the software upon which the services rely, and all trademarks and commercial identifiers used in the services. All copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights, as well as legitimate rights and interests in the foregoing shall vest exclusively in Mowrator. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of this software.

5.2 The intellectual property rights in the aforementioned content, as well as the content contained in other Mowrator products and services, are protected by the current applicable laws. Without the prior written authorization of Mowrator or the respective rights holder, no entity or individual shall use such content in any manner or create derivative works based thereon.

6. Software-Based Services

During your use of Beast AI, you may need to download software installation packages. With respect to such software, Mowrator grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. You shall use such software solely for the purpose of accessing or using Mowrator hardware devices paired with such software.

To improve product performance, security, functional experience, and compliance with applicable legal requirements, Mowrator reserves the right to deploy software, firmware, and algorithm updates to paired devices. Certain updates may affect existing functionality, interface layouts, or operational methods, and certain security updates may be necessary for your continued use of the services. You understand and agree that:

(1) Updates may add, remove, or modify certain features;

(2) Updates may affect device interfaces, interaction methods, or functional performance; and

(3) Certain updates constitute security or compliance-related updates.

7. Third-Party Products and Services

Please note that Beast AI may integrate third-party products or services. For details regarding the specific third-party services integrated into Beast AI, please refer to the Beast AI Privacy Policy. If you agree to the integration of such third-party products or services, you shall, in addition to complying with this Agreement, comply with the applicable agreements governing such third-party products or services. Mowrator and the relevant third parties shall each bear their respective liabilities for any disputes that may arise, to the extent provided by applicable law and the relevant agreements.

8. Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Services

8.1 Mowrator may modify, suspend, or terminate the content of Beast AI. If Mowrator decides to permanently discontinue any cloud service, online service, or platform service, we will notify you within a reasonable period through website announcements, in-App notifications, email, or other appropriate means. Features that rely on cloud services may no longer be available after such services are terminated. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations and where technically feasible, Mowrator will provide you with reasonable data export or migration solutions.

8.2 You understand and agree that Mowrator has the right to independently determine its business strategies. In the event of a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer involving Mowrator, Mowrator may transfer the assets related to the services to a third party. If Mowrator is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its assets, we will notify you, by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on our website or the App homepage, of any changes concerning the possession and use of your personal information and any choices you may have regarding your personal information. We shall also require, through contractual arrangements or other means, that any company or organization that subsequently holds your personal information continue to be bound by this Agreement. Otherwise, we shall require such company or organization to obtain your express authorization or consent again.

8.3 The foregoing provisions shall be without prejudice to any other rights available to you under applicable laws and regulations.

8.4 Mowrator shall have the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to you without prior notice if any of the following circumstances occurs:

8.5 You shall be responsible for backing up the data stored in Beast AI, including data stored on backend servers and cloud storage systems. Such data includes account information, authorization and consent records, paired devices, device pairing and unpairing history, mowing maps, mowing operation records, push notification records, App usage records, and device operational data files. If your services are terminated, Mowrator will notify you via a system announcement or email 90 days before such termination takes effect. Following termination of the services, Mowrator may permanently delete your data from its servers, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.

9. Force Majeure and Other Disclaimers

9.1 You acknowledge and agree that: Mowrator provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to currently existing technologies and objective conditions. Although we will use reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability and data security, our operations are subject to various unpredictable factors. Consequently, we cannot eliminate in advance legal, technical, and other unforeseen risks beyond our reasonable control, such as computer viruses, trojan horse infections, hacker intrusions, system failures, third-party platform service disruptions, and administrative controls. Service suspensions, data corruption, or property losses arising from such circumstances are beyond our reasonable control. Therefore, you understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Mowrator shall assume no liability for service interruptions or disruptions caused by any of the following circumstances:

9.2 You understand and agree that features such as autonomous navigation, positioning, and obstacle recognition are inherently affected by satellite signals, network environments, weather conditions, lighting environments, terrain changes, and other external factors. Mowrator does not warrant that navigation results will be consistently accurate, and Mowrator shall not bear any legal liability for any losses or damages suffered by you as a result.

9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Mowrator assumes no legal liability for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims arising out of or in any way related to your use of Beast AI.

9.4 You understand and agree that Beast AI is not designed for certain critical purposes, including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military uses, medical facilities, transportation communications, or other high-risk critical fields. To use the App, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess full civil capacity. Minors must use these services under the guidance and consent of a Guardian, and you shall ensure that you possess the lawful qualifications and authorizations required to use the device and services. Mowrator assumes no legal liability for any personal injury or death, property damage, or environmental harm resulting from the failure of any product, software, or service under the aforementioned circumstances. Accordingly, you shall operate the device in accordance with the product manual, installation guides, and safety warnings. You shall not disassemble, modify, or bypass any safety systems, and shall ensure that no children, pets, third parties, or other potentially hazardous obstacles are present within the device's operating area. You shall bear sole and exclusive responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or third-party harm resulting from your failure to comply with these safety requirements.

9.5 Third-party services may be subject to their own user agreements and privacy policies. In the event of force majeure or other unforeseen disruptions, Mowrator cannot guarantee the continuous availability of such third-party services.

9.6 Mowrator reserves the right under this Agreement to handle content that violates applicable laws or regulations. However, this right shall not constitute an obligation or commitment on the part of Mowrator, and Mowrator cannot guarantee to promptly detect or address any such violations.

10. User Obligations

10.1 You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the services, and shall not use the services to engage in any acts that violate laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, including but not limited to: accessing or utilizing data without authorization, or logging in to servers or accounts without proper authorization; intruding into public networks or third-party operating systems without authorization, or deleting, altering, or adding to the information stored therein; probing, scanning, or testing for security vulnerabilities within the App, its supporting systems, or associated networks without authorization, or engaging in any other acts that compromise network security; intentionally interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of Mowrator's products, services, or websites, or distributing viruses, malware, or other malicious code; cracking, reverse engineering, bypassing security mechanisms, or installing unauthorized plugins or add-ons; or engaging in any other act that disrupts or impedes the normal operation of network information services.

10.2 You understand that, due to current technological limitations, AI-based visual recognition results cannot be 100% accurate, and you shall independently verify restricted areas, boundary settings, and map information.

10.3 If you engage in any prohibited conduct in breach of this Section, the relevant government authorities or agencies may initiate legal proceedings, impose fines, or enforce other sanctions against you, and may request Mowrator to provide assistance. You shall be solely liable for any resulting damages under applicable law, and Mowrator shall assume no liability whatsoever.

10.4 If you breach this Section and cause damage to any third party, you shall bear all resulting liability independently. You shall also indemnify Mowrator for any losses or damages suffered as a result of your breach.

11. Liability for Breach

You undertake to safeguard and protect the interests of Mowrator and other users. If you cause any losses to Mowrator or any third party as a result of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement, you shall be liable for all resulting damages. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mowrator and its employees from and against any and all losses, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of any disputes hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong Law").

12.2 Any dispute or controversy arising between you and Mowrator in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved by the parties through friendly negotiations. If no agreement is reached through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC") for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules in force at the time of submission.

12.3 Nothing in this Section shall preclude Mowrator from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction: (i) in connection with any infringement upon Mowrator's intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests; or (ii) for the purpose of seeking recognition or enforcement of any arbitral award, judgment, or order.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 The headings in this Agreement are included solely for convenience of reference and shall have no substantive legal effect, nor shall they be used in interpreting the text of this Agreement.

13.2 In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of this Agreement, Mowrator's interpretation shall prevail. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
